Delivery Info

Most purchases are delivered automatically within 0–5 minutes. Please double-check your Minecraft username before checking out. If something does not arrive after a few minutes, open a ticket in our Discord and we’ll help you out.

Fair Play Policy

Purchases do not exempt anyone from the server rules. Players who cheat, exploit, x-ray, chargeback, or break major rules may lose access to purchased perks or items. Refunds are not provided for punishments caused by rule-breaking. Please read our Terms of Service before purchasing.

All payments are securely processed through our official Tebex checkout. You do not need to contact staff to complete a purchase unless you run into an issue.
